Headscarf Sold to Dallas

One of our new customers from Dallas, United States was quite interested in fabric that can be used for headscarf. Honestly, I am not a native English speaker, the word headscarf and scarf does not differ much in my mind. My first reaction to the word or the idea of headscarf was something women wear, hiding the look and facial expression of a lively person. Perhaps some may call it mysterious, though it seems more religious to me. Even at the time I wrote these words, I still did not understand why for some religions, women have to wear headscarf. How the tradition develops interests me a lot, however, I can not see how I can squeeze time to find this out. I certainly did a little research on the internet, and from the information I viewed on Wiki, it seems people wear headscarf for a bunch of reasons. These variety of purposes includes fashion or social distinction, religious significance, modesty, or other forms of social convention.My curiosity lies mostly on the aspect of modesty, because I can not see how wearing a headscarf is related with modesty.Basically speaking, we usually take a lot of photos of similar items for our customer based on the sample provided, so that they select what they really need and later we can send sample yardages to them for design purpose or demonstration.Following is a list of items carefully selected by the customer, some are simple and plain, while others are of bright colors and in my opinion more suitable for young ladies. The width of most of these items ranges from 55 inch to 58 inch. I have no idea how my customer will treat these fabrics, I mean how these items turn into final goods and how they look. One of my associates mentioned that perhaps final headscarf will be squire shape, which I doubt.
