Food is fuel for the body. When you engage in crash diets and extreme dieting, there is low calorie intake because you are focused on consuming only one type of food in order to lose weight. Low calorie intake means the energy levels will be low and you might feel light headed, disoriented and weak.

Due to lack of energy, your efficiency at work will be low because you lack the energy to complete tasks well. It might also lead you in losing interest in activities that you used to enjoy.
