NEW YORK, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- 7FAM has once again turned to InSite Development Inc., and its design arm, 212 Design, Inc, an international design and project management firm, to pull the store together. InSite was retained two years ago to create and manage the 7FAM retail launch and has successfully completed 16 other domestic locations plus international shops in Dubai, Hong Kong, Brazil and the Philippines amongst others.Inside the store the finishes include two different tones of high gloss zebrano wood, white lacquered fixtures, polished grey marble floors, platinum blue fabric curtains, custom wall covering and 7FAM's iconic hand-forged S-shaped blackened and platinum steel links.The ceiling is designed with zebrano wood soffits in the shape of a seven and interconnected by floating polished stainless steel "bridges." Massive white marble denim tables below lead you toward the rear of the store where an oversized accessories "fireplace" fixture climbs up the wall and returns defining the seating area.The landmarked Fifth Avenue facade has an oversized display window with black metal storefront framing and grey awnings. There are custom black chrome door handles embossed with a polished stainless steel "7." Inside the storefront and illuminated from above, a polished stainless steel logo is mounted on a zebrano wood back drop.The store is located at 73 Fifth Avenue at 15th Street and opens the second week in April 2009.www.212designinc.comwww.insite123.com
