  • Hi, my name is Cecile Mengue, and I am a CEO of Fashion HP (www.myfashionhp.com), and we are currently teaming up with African Chamber of Commerce (www.africanchamberdfw.org), and the City of Dallas (www.dallascityhall.com) on an annual recurring event that would bring in hundreds of people from all over to take part in this week long exhibition. we plan to organize in conjunction with the NBA ALLSTAR weekend here in Dallas and planning to kick it off with the Russell Simon project athlete for Africa and the rest of the week will consist of many other project.
