Uff! The response to the Art Gallery Opening Handbag design challenge has been phenomenal, confirming our belief that creating an interactive design challenge where everyone has the opportunity to showcase their skills is a huge need in the design community.

And WOW, the amount of portuguese submissions! Well done, Portugal! It was a long hard working morning for the panel of judges here at FRS, and we were all on the edge of our seats to know who the winner would be. Sooo, instead of only one unique design we chose 3 amazing and one-of-a-kind winning designs! Sofia Neves with Mondrian+ing, Bella Grandi with Fragments and Maria Bruno Néo with Urban Patterns are our HUGE champs!

Sofia, Bella and Maria will be awarded a €1000 cash price or 10% of sales revenue. Mondrian+ing, Urban Patterns and Fragments will be placed into a limited number edition, sold online and in selected boutiques. So stay tuned for the screaming and lines at the door.

If you also want to score FRS wall of fame, don’t forget to submit to our new Walk in the Park Handbag project via the FRS website. We are looking for the next WOW design! Grab your pencils, master your gifts and get the chance to be in the spotlight.

Check the design brief and submission package here and submit here. Unleash your creativity and you might get something out of it!

And you’re thinking: “As if it could have been so simple.” It actually is. So what are you waiting for? What sounds like an ambitious goal is accomplished with  ease as you start to dig in. It’s all working out people, you made it!

Every person, in every city, has a space in which they can escape the turmoil of city life. Which park offers you the best escape? In what season is a walk in the park most enjoyable? For the full brief go to www.frontrowsociety.com
