Already much of the production of American fashion is outsourced to places like
India, Taiwan, and China. But, believe it or not, outsourcing may
actually increase in the coming months because one of those leaders in
manufacturing, China, is tired of being known as the creator of
lead-lined toys, soccer balls sewn by slaves, and all those other lovely
things for which they have become infamous. That's right, China is
about to rehab their production reputation and, as they adopt positive
labor practices of The West, it could mean the end of local production.
