Already much of the production of American fashion is outsourced to places likeIndia, Taiwan, and China. But, believe it or not, outsourcing mayactually increase in the coming months because one of those leaders inmanufacturing, China, is tired of being known as the creator oflead-lined toys, soccer balls sewn by slaves, and all those other lovelythings for which they have become infamous. That's right, China isabout to rehab their production reputation and, as they adopt positivelabor practices of The West, it could mean the end of local production.
