TSO started yesterday and i went to a few places on my list of places to go that i shared with you guys. In my opinion it wasn't all that, people said it was but i felt this year there were a lot of "Window Shoppers" ( myself included ) and there wasn't much of that hype. People just don't have that money to spend so close to "back to school " time. Digicel however realized that and actually went around stores and "matched" purchases made by customers . For example , if a customer spent $7,000 at the cash register , they paid that $7,000 . See the pictures below of the places i went.
