He’s her American Idol! Season 11 winner Phillip Phillips, 25, has married his longtime girlfriendHannah Blackwell, also 25, in an intimate and private ceremony on Oct. 24 in Georgia. Congrats to the newlyweds!

Phillip and Hannah, who revealed they were engaged on Dec. 2014 in an Instagram post, tied the knot Saturday, Oct. 24, at the Resora Plantation in Albany, Georgia, in front of 250 close friends and family, Phillip’s publicist confirmed to People.

The outlet revealed that Hannah looked stunning in a Hayley Paige wedding gown, while Phillip looked handsome in a Billy Reid tux as they exchanged their vows. The nuptials were just the start of the celebrations, and the two are continuing their blissful wedding weekend with a Southern-style reception on Oct. 25 before heading out on their honeymoon.

It sounds like these two are happier than ever, and we wish them the best of luck in their marriage. They just seem so right for each other! The lovely pair met at an event for his sister’s charity organization called Mission Change almost seven years ago.

“I’m so excited,” Phillip said at the time of his engagement. “What I love most about her is she’s my best friend and I can tell her anything. I just love her.”

Hannah was equally as flattering. “I feel like when I met Phillip, he was the answer to so many questions that I had. He just makes everything make sense for me,” she said. So sweet!
