In Part 1 and 2 of “Who Sells The Most At The Market”, apparel industry expert Kathleen Fasanella provides advice to designers on how they should go about manufacturing their line. She says many designers are making the mistake by copying larger companies who make bigger lots, and are therefore losing money. Instead, the author suggests they produce themselves or open a sewing
factory. She says cutting to order is the most efficient way to get the most out of the money that you invested.
