Lizzy Jagger becomes Redken's muse - and looks just like mother Jerry Hall

Lizzy Jagger has a new gig as Redken's new muse - and, judging by the first look at her campaign for the hair brand, the 32-year-old model has taken tips from her mother Jerry Hall.

“Redken asked me to join last year and I already knew quite a few of the girls who worked for Redken, so it felt like joining a family," Jagger told The Telegraph of joining the likes of Suki Waterhouse and Crystal Renn in working for Redken.

Jagger is launching a new service by Redken, which promises to improve the look and feel of damaged hair. Heatcure Professional, the benefits of which last for up to 10 washes, will be available in salon only.

Her advertising campaign will hit print and digital in September. Among the shots is one of a newly red-headed Jagger sporting some very Jerry Hall-esque curls, albeit with a more vibrant tint - another sign perhaps that curls are having their moment.

"I was introduced to the beauty world going along with my mum to fashion shows and photoshoots when I was a kid," Jagger told The Telegraph of her beauty evolution to Redken muse. "I remember looking up at these beautiful Amazonian women as a toddler, and seeing their high heels and stockings and their perfect nails. I remember one of my first memories of beauty was of being amazed by long nails."
