However, according to the masterminds behind popular athleisure brand Alo Yoga, the trend that saw every girl wearing tights with bold patterns is officially on its way out, with sales of these styles rapidly declining to make way for new and exciting trends.
“Bold, whimsical prints are on the way out,” Alo Yoga’s co-owner and CEO, Danny Harris told Who What Wear. “We are still seeing more subtle prints going strong.”
Of course plain old back and white leggings are still big for the coming season, with grey tights also remaining popular among athleisure enthusiasts. If you’re looking to refresh your activewear collection for summer, opting for simpler styles and subtle prints could be the way to go.
