The Fashion Industries Favorite Business Network ...

I have applied to Kwantlen University in Richmond, BC, and am now needing to put together my portfolio. Does anybody have some advice for me about what it should look like or include?

Hi Kirstyn,
First off all you need to pick your best pieces, it's always a great idea to put a variety of media so for instance, you can add some lead pencil sketches; pantone marker, mixed media etc if you have made any clothes and you have photos of them make sure you blow them up so they impact on your folio. I would put all of you personal and contact details at the back of the folio this way you are only judged on your talent. I would go for a A3 size it is much more presentable and professional. And the best advice is to just be your self, be confident and smile a lot :) Good Luck!
