A designer pump by Project Runway winner Christian Siriano,is in Payless Shoes.It features a two-tone upper in glossy black patent and sparkly gold lamé, see shoe posted. Not only is this shoe hot it is affordable too at 34.99. The line also has handbags,two very cute pairs of flats as well as boots. The teal boots were too cute not to posted.
