“No, it’s not in that size,” - the answer that many girls hear way too often after seeing some nice shoes, unfortunately made only for Cinderellas with nice, small feet. A couple weeks ago I walked to shoe store to see if there are any nice shoes for me, but, of course, when I found the special pair which looked perfect for me - with no heals and without unnecessary embellishments, so I just wanted to try them to know, are they as comfortable as nice looking. But there was no my size. I asked about other shoes and the answer always the same "Sorry, but we don't have that size". The worst thing about this is that none of this surprised me. This disappointment is a regular occurrence for me when it comes to shoe shopping.
Why does it happen so? I’m a size 11. It's a huge feet for a girl and sometimes it really makes me feel bad. I can’t enter the typical apparel store and find some shoes for me. It's almost always ends with no success. But it's not like I would dislike my feet. I really genuinely believe that large toes appear fairly sleek, despite their trustworthiness of being ugly and awkward. So far as my feet go, they quarry are fairly adorable. But whoa, my boot size is sure hated by me.
And it could be difficult to locate your dimension also before a person with a dimension 10 claims they experience my discomfort. Nowadays many shoes go up to a size 10 these days. I was previously a 10, and so I realize that is just a heck of the ton more straightforward to discover shoes of size 11. That's just sad, when you see so many fashionable and nice shoes, but you can't get them. It’s like watching the train leave the second you arrive on the platform. And, if it's true that your feet get bigger when you’re pregnant, I’m screwed. :D
But, lucky, there are some shops that gives some options for us "big feet girls" too. Ok, it's not as nice as go to shop and try on all the cute shoes you see there, but it's easy way, how to find beautiful large-sized shoes. I'm talking about www.large-size-designer-shoes.co.uk website that gives full information about many options to buy large size shoes, which even are fashionable and looking nice! I'm happy to know it.
But I’m gonna be truthful: There really is not much of a silver lining here until merchants start making more shoes in our size, which I don’t see happening soon. But the good news is that nobody can borrow your shoes. :) All we can do for now is share some ideas, where we find nice shoes, like I just did, and let's hope that soon our choice options will become wider. We know how it feels to delude ourselves into trying a size 10 shoe with a hope that it might fit. We know how miserable it is to walk into a store and already know that none of the shoes there are for you. We know how irritating it is to rely on the online websites for most of our shoe shopping and just wish that the shoes don’t pinch and don’t slide and don’t come with an awful return policy.
