Yesterday AFGG had the opportunity to interview Paul Fisher, from the CW’s fashion/beauty show “Remodeled.”  We got the chance to watch Paul in action on the TV show last night. We love the concept for the show. Paul is a renowned modeling agent who has launched the careers of Naomi Campbell, Carol Alt and Carrie Otis just to name a few. Here's our very candid interview with

Paul Fisher. If you think the show is scripted then you'll definitely want to read this!

AFGG:I love the theme of your new show on the CW called Remodeled. The idea seems untapped in the industry. How did you decide on this idea?
PF comments: Really the idea was simple, follow me and my team around with cameras and film what we do every day.. Remodeled isn’t really a “reality show”– it is a docu-series because it is real, it what our company does every day. I had one rule with the CW for me to do this show, allow me to be me.. Don’t tell me what to say or do, just follow me…. Our company manages modeling agencies around the world and we create stars. Stars that become role models! Who care about their community and the world!

AFGG:How do you hope to make a difference with your new show?
PF comments:You may not know this but by writing about me and the show, you are a part of our movment.. Any one who watches our show is a part of our movement. We are on a mission to transform the modeling industry, one modeling agency at a time. I hope people when watching our show see how tough it can be to have your physical features judged every day. I hope people in the fashion industry who watch our show start to take responsibility for the images they are putting into the world.

AFGG:What is your mission?
PF comments: To create a safe environment for young men and women who enter our business. To empower agencies in small town to think big and understand thinly thing stopping them from creating stars is their own doubt that they can!I want my agencies to strive to be GREAT! To taste what it feels like to be apart of the star creating process.. I want my models to take responsibility for their physical features that they were blessed with and when they become successful give back to the world until it hurts! I want to create role models who can effect true change in the world!

AFGG:Who are you hoping to educate with your show?
PF comments: To be honest with you, to start with, myself! I want to use this journey to help with my own personal transformation in this physical world.. To truly feel others pain. Secondly, I want to educateparents and kids about how hard it is to be a model. That it isn’t as sexy and cool as it appears.. That whenever we put too much emphasis on our physical appearance or anything physical for that matter then we are setting ourselves up for pain. I am hoping that models around the world realize that if they are not willing to give back, that the universe will take their careers from themas fast as it was given to them! I also hope that small business’s around the world learn things from remodeled to assist them in building their business’s… Learn that they to can become great! Just believe and you will see quoting my teacher, the Rav!

AFGG:Will you just be visiting small towns?
PF comments: Yes… Our company is focused on managing and helping agencies in small towns… That is where all superstars are discovered! Our goal is to empower agencies in small towns to create the stars that they are discovering.. To take back their power that they relinquished many years ago to the top NY agencies… Fear is a nasty nemesis! I am here to show them that they have the power! They are the ones finding the stars in the first place!

AFGG:For our readers, tell us whose careers you helped launch?
PF comments:I have been the personal agent of many great models… Naomi Campbell, Stephanie Seymour, Carla Bruni, Brooke Burke, KiomoraLee Simmons, Carre Otis to name a few… I have launched hundreds and hundreds of careers. But I say this, it is my EGO that tells me I create stars.. I do not.. It is in the persons DNA.. I am just there to help the process unfold as it was meant to! My job is to protect the kids and assist them reaching their goals… I try my best to do just that!

AFGG:Was there anyone who was super easy to work with?
PF comments: Brooke Burke! She is a class act! One of the coolest people in the world! So darn appreciative, so thank full so darn amazing! There is a reason why her career has lasted so long.. The ONLY way to have a long career is if you are cool and give back! Brooke is a special soul and I am humbled to say I was her agent!

AFGG:Why is there a myth that super models like Naomi Campbell are difficult to work with?
PFcomments:That is not a myth.. Anytime you take a young person, put millions of dollars in their hands and have a bunch of people kissing their ass, what do we expect? Naomi is one of the greatest models who has ever lived. She was very demanding but I don’t blame her! She knew what she wanted, she was focused on getting it.. I take responsibility for some of the mistakes my former models made, I was a terrible role model! I was worth than them.. I am trying hard to repent for my sins and I am begging the universe to forgive me!

AFGG:Will any famous faces be appearing on your new show?
PFcomments: Tommy and Andy Hilfiger were just in one of the episodes, Anne Slowly the editor of Elle and Ann Showket the editor and chief of 17… This season I didn’t want to bring in any major celebs because Iwanted the focus to be on the new faces we discovered that are becoming stars..Like Megan Wiggins, Shaughnessy Brown and Bobby Rake!

AFGG:People feel reality TV is scripted. Will this be a real show or will it be scripted?
PFcomments: nothing about remodeled is scripted!!!! Everything is real.. I am not an actor… I am an agent.. I am passionate… I have NO filter I guess that is why the CW wanted to do a show about me and mycompany!

AFGG:Are you still very active in launching modelling careers?
PFcomments: Every day, that is what I do.. The show actually interrupted my real life, my career.. I manage agencies now vs models but I am very involved with my agencies top stars… It is how I get out of bed.. I love what I do.. I love being a part of the star creating process. I love watching a kid transform into a brand! For me, there is nothing cooler than watching a kid become famous! If of course when they become famous they give back to the world!

AFGG:Are you looking to launch careers with your new TV show?
PFcomments: YES, 100%... The show is helping us launch a few careers! The models you see on the show are real models! They are the real deal.. Some will become VERY famous and household names I hope.. One of the most exciting things about the show is I get to show the world how we create stars! I have always wanted to show the world how it is done! In our show, you will see me find kids in crazy places and two weeks later, they are walking down the runway for the biggest designers in the world and then working for Elle magazine! Pretty darn cool!
