- For almost twenty years, designer Sarah Borgeson has drawn inspiration from the rich worlds of art, fashion and nature to create her Santa Cruz-based jewelry line. A native Californian, Sarah creates her collections with an emphasis on versatility, color and texture to tell a story. As an artist with a formal education in sculpture from The Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Sarah's interest lies in challenging common interpretations of color and materials to create work that is bold in it's originality. Although Wild Iris Studio earned it's reputation from the sophisticated, colorful glass beaded designs its customers have come to rely on, Sarah's keen sense of style allows her to adapt quickly to her customer's needs. "I want to use materials in my designs to solve a problem, to make a statement" says Sarah. "And my mission is to open possibilities by empowering the contemporary woman to express herself through her own style".
When not in the studio running the company, Sarah is enjoying life with her husband Jeremy and their two boys in their Northern California home.

- Pearls, chains, nautical stripes, polka dots. Ikat prints are still strong and the best thing is to wear it all together. I'm loving the red and gray combination right now.

1. Sampling :
Collecting customers' requirement of fabric and style, identifying and selection of appropriate source. Preliminary screening by inspection and testing with our facilities. Forwarding samples to the customers and receiving feedback.2. Pricing :
Receiving and verifying the quotations of suppliers by studying their suitability both in terms of quality and capacity to meet contractual requirements. Negotiation and finalization of price.3. Order progress process :
On receipt of orders based on above, discussing with suppliers on process planning, preparation of Fabric data and garment data by highlighting critical stages involved.4. Weekly progress report :
Meeting with Merchandiser, QC and Logistic staff will be held every Saturday and status will be mailed to each buyer on every Monday. This will enable all buyers to verify order progress and any remarks can be made on progress of the shipment.5. Sample trajectory :
Different types of samples like prototype, pre-production, photo sample etc will be strictly followed up.6. Quality Assurance :
Arranging and carry out fabric, in-line and final inspection. Testing over all basic parameters for each lot of the fabric in our in-house laboratory.7. Shipment :
Arranging for shipment with the forwarders and follow up at trans-shipment points for smoother connections.The above are some of the important activities we perform to provide a very effective service
