WELCOME to NARCISSISM: the style & image network. I'm so in love with myself, its a SIN----get it!

This is the affected abode of my satirical fashion musings. I like to think of myself as the bastard lovechild of Muccia Prada and Machiavelli. Some may be humored, others disgusted. Some may ask who is Louboutin and why should I understand his theory of fabulosity?

The languid, acoustic , the narcotized speech, the ostensibly, albeit not purposefully, enigmatic art allusions. This is a school for all things fashion so greet your Head Mistress. All Hail to the Queen. I am your self- appointed teacher. Pay attention doll, mediocrity is a bore.

My mantra - burn the tracksuit honey and learn to walk in a pair of damn heels. Life's too short not to look tall and fabulous.

Take my opinion as fact, because darling it is. I am fluent in English, and sarcasm. I also speak French, Italian and a tad of je ne sais quoi. I'm very witty (wait-- are girls allowed to be funny? I thought that was illegal... Oh, wait, I remember, the sixties happened.)

What is the one thing you ritualistically do everyday for one or all of the following reasons???

Un. To protect oneself from the environment.
Deux. To obey the laws of the land.
Trois. For identification purposes & self expression.
Quatre. For social & religious conformity.
Cinq. For sexual attraction & detraction.
Six. To protect the world from oneself, n'est ce pas?

I have always appreciated the orbicular nature of fashion. We buy clothes to wear when..we, well…go buy clothes. Futile, no? Of course not - hush up and go buy another pair of shoes!

Fashion, albeit fickle, is an important aspect of life that none can afford to ignore. First impressions matter. Your appearance, makeup, hair and clothes are as important as your resume. When you project an image of confidence, you are more likely to succeed in business and social relationships.

I believe that one should always dress for the job one wants - not the job one has.... for the life one wants, not the life one has.
