Kata Manufacturing specializes in producing high quality garments for apparel companies in all product categories: t-shirts, wovens, knits, outerwear, dress shirts, polo shirts and beanies. We have capable and experienced production personnel who can handle your strict production requirements at competitive pricing, setup and minimums. At Kata Manufacturing, we pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and rapid turnaround. We are very familiar with all aspects of the production process, from the initial fabric and trims sourcing, to the first pattern making and samples. In addition, Kata has the ability to handle all of the marking and grading, quality control, final production, as well as the important operational logistics including quotas, visas, freight forwarders, duties and customs. Our highly skilled staff is comprised of experienced garment production managers who possess expertise in technical specification review, correction, modification and assurance. From sampling to completion of production, our experts measure, document and work closely with sewing line managers to control the quality of the finished goods within our state of the art manufacturing facilities.
