I have been in the Fashion Industry since I was 15 yrs old, my range up to this point has been Men’s Tailored Suits, Wedding dresses, and Sports wear, Hats etc. However, my absolute passion lies in "Couture". Painstaking detail and draping fulfills me completely. I simply need and desire the Clientele.

It would be lovely to know what part of Easter Europe you are coming from. I myself emigrated from Poland, Krakow. My background in fashion started early, knitting, crocheting, pattern making, and sewing. My mother was a shoe designer; she was very creative and essentially passed on the same gene.
I have perused through your site, great presentation with unique style. The jeans I am most interested are presented on a model with the copper jacket. Would they by any chance be still available in size 26 or 27? The product code in particular is not available.
By the way if I may inquire, how long would you say it took you to get to your current position in this market? I am trying to establish a time line without truly understanding the reality of things. I am a one women show with 10 pieces of industrial equipment. Why 10, I have no idea. Thank God I know how to use them.
Thank you very much for your kind comments! My new collection
has a few items for holliday 08: sweaters, pants, hats, cardigans, dresses etc and tops for spring 09
I am flattered that you like my work. I do like detail work, and ornaments, I like to beautify everything since I was 5.
My parents were laughing at me when I was little because I always added a little bow, scarf, flower, etc to my boring clothes in my desire to be unique. I was born in East Europe and a while back, the stores were all empty and the choice of clothes was so limited that I had to knit my sweaters, tailor my clothes and even tried to make my own shoes when I was 16 ( I made two pairs and they only hold me for a week:)
To answer to some of your questions:
Yes I work with a team of sales reps, although I am in the middle of changing a couple of them.
I showcase in Atlanta, Texas and Chicago through my reps.
See my website www.gitanafashions.com
for more pictures.
Yes, I have some jeans in stock, to see what is available go the site and click on jeans link.
I have a special of 30% for new customers now.
I want to expand and showcase in NY as well, but I need a good agent.
I have started my line late last year and already have over 100 boutiques that I work with. So it shows potential, even though the economy is really tough now.
The most important thing I need to know is how to get to the press, to let them know about my line and I am working on that now.
