Master paper artisan Tom Bennick of Mountain Home, Idaho, hand-creates each biodegradable paper box in which each bon Christiani collar is packaged. Tom is on the Idaho Commission on the Arts teaching roster. Here he shows off a mold and deckle, the main tools of his trade.
