It is a GREEN fabric as in "organic" and just think of how good you will look while helping out the environment...who could ask for more than that??? It is form fitting and very comfortable. This cotton tends to really shrink so whatever you do wash in cold water and hang dry folded on the hanger or lay flat....put it in the dryer and it is over...if you take care of this turtleneck it will take care of you
