    If you are hiring sales reps, you can post a job listing at the clothing industry jobs website. If it is a fashion relevant job listing, their is no cost. You can also post at the fashion job search site. That site has a small fee but I think reaches a larger audience. Also, you can try the larger sites like Monster or HotJobs. As far as agencies that match sales reps with companies, I do not know any well.
