  My name is Oluyomi Agoro. I am a Nigerian currently writing my masters thesis (international Buisness) at the London Metropilitan University.
  I found you on the fibre2fashion.com website.
  I am doing my research on the fashion industry in Africa and my angle is developing this through microfinance as a means to poverty eradication. I am reading your research ( A research study on the South African fashion industry)at present and would greatly appreaciate any help you can give towards my research.
  I should also tell you that I am a young upcoming designer hence my interest in the fashion industry. I love tompromote african designs here in the UK and have received a great reception for my work. I hope one day african fashion will be as sophisticated as the western fashion industry. My work is a mix of the african and western. I use african fabrics but my designs have a strong western influence.   Hi Renato, I came to Paris in Sept 07...after having worked for 5 years as a designer in India ...currently studying MBA specialized in FASHION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ...would like to know more about u ...and also if you can please guide me for an internship or a job ..   Renato - thanks for your comments. It is noted that you are working on a list of designers from South Africa. Just keep me posted when you are ready, and I can create the South Africa group listing on the site. You can then use that section to create a network for you and your friends in South Africa (please only invite your friends interested in fashion. This site is intended as a business network, not a social network)...
