    Jeff - your question was not naive at all. Your question was totally fine. That is the sort of thing that many people ask. We all have questions and need help grasping this industry. I have been in the industry for over ten years, and I always need help from people also. None of us are complete experts.. That is the purpose of this site. The idea is to all help each other find answers to the questions we do not know.

    Jeff - I suggest you browse the Designer Search site (which I also develop) which is at DesignerSearch.com This may help you find artists. In addition, try the fashion artist guide at Apparel Search. Hope this helps you.
