    Just make sure that they are professional about things, pricing for liquor bottles are not changed last minute on you. Make sure tipping structure was explained to you when you inquired about celebrating a party at XYZ venue and company. Dress code enforced, if exists, and everyone knows where the bathrooms are located.

    Whatever negotiated price, party count of invited guests is accurate and correct and expected. Take care of your VIP coordinator and or host. (THat is if everything was up to satisfactory standards, and of course above your expectations!) by giving them a little extra $$, not expected as a tip, so that next time they will take care of you even better than expected.

    If you do have any problems make sure you adress them with your contact, if can't be taken care of make a mental note and bring to management. Highier than your contact you are working with.

    If you get same answer and are NOT pleased with the outcome and results of situation, and you have a bad taste in your mouth. PUT your complaints in writing and then let ALL your friends and co-workers, and contacts know NEVER to work with and XYZ company and venue again. AND PLEASE POST your club and or lounge venue experience on my site:
