Darcy - it is no problem at all to ask me questions. I am also learning the process and do not know all the answers... We can go back and forth on this issue until we get it figured out. Try going back to the profile of the friends that you wanted. Is there a link showing on their page that says add as friend? If yes, try to start the add friend process again. If that is not working, let me know.

Darcy - at the top of the page there is an icon that looks like a little person. If you click that icon it should let you view the friend requests. It is my understanding that that should allow you to approve your friends. Let me know if you already clicked that icon and are still having troulbes. I see know that you currently have three friends in your network. Possibly you have already figured out the answer to your question on your own. If you are still having troubles please let me know. Also, if you want, you can remove friends if you later change your mind about someone...

Darcy - I am sorry but I am not familiar with Edward Kostra. However, if he works at FIT as you have indicated, I would assume he has good credentials. FIT is a very fine school. If you are concerned that he may not truly work at that school, possibly you can call the school for his credentials.
