    Interesting project.  Good luck with it. I assume that although it is on demand, you are not doing "custom" clothing (based on consumers measurements).  That would be a nice next step.  However, then you would need people to actually take the body measurements.  That could be risky allowing the consumer to take their own measurement.  They would possibly use the wrong point of measurement.  Anyway, if it is not actually made to measure, it is certainly a good idea to manufacture on demand based on an actual order.  As long as the digital printing, dyeing, etc., is of equal quality to traditional printing processes.  I have not personally used digital printing, so I am not sure if reactive print provides a softer hand... Best of luck with your project.  I am sure it will be a success.
