    Where are you based? Do you have a website? What kind of issues are you having?

    First of all, I would seek free publicity absolutely everywhere you can find it. I suggest signing up for MyItThings magazine (http://www.myitthings.com) and write posts about your product. The traffic is excellent and it would really help build you some awareness.

    Otherwise, can you be a bit more specific? I'll help if I can.
