The Empire Hotel Rooftop is the perfect social environment for a world-renowned designer to show her collection in style and comfort. Xiomara Hernandez first started designing handmade crochet products, and single handily revived the poncho style, which was featured on Martha Stewart in 2005. She has since then expanded her collection to include a collection of contemporary crochet designs, including not only ponchos, but also dresses, swimwear and beach wear, jackets, tops and custom designs as well as footwear and jewelry. She had her debut fashion show on September 1, 2011 and is continuing the trend with this great Fall 2013 fashion show on Friday, February 22, 2013 at the Empire Hotel Rooftop. Doors will open at 9pm and begin with complimentary open bar from 9pm until 10pm, with her show starting at 11pm.
