Come watch the most innovative fashion startups presenting and getting instant feedback from the panel of leading investors in the space. 4 startups will get a chance to receive valuable feedback as well as expose their product to the large community of fashion innovators, press, bloggers and fellow entrepreneurs. Each startup will get 5 min to present and 5 min feedback from the investors panel.

INVESTORS PANEL:

Lawrence D. Lenihan Jr. - Founder, CEO and Managing Director of FirstMark Capital. Lawrence Lenihan is the Founder of FirstMark Capital,  an early stage venture capital firm focusing on investments in companies that use technology to disrupt the businesses in which they compete.  Prior to FirstMark, Lawrence founded Pequot Ventures in 1996, the predecessor firm to FirstMark.  He started his career at IBM where he was the account team leader for several global retail companies.  He was also the creator of the Retail Marketing Assistant, a digital video transactional kiosk that enabled retailers to vastly expand the number of products in their existing retail locations.  As in investor, Lawrence has participated in the financings of many companies that have created billions of dollars of value and thousands of jobs.  His retail investments include AHAlife, Chop’t Creative Salad Company, Mendocino Farms and Send The Trend (www.sendthetrend.com ).  He is also the co-founder and Chairman of Norisol Ferrari, a creator of hand-crafted luxury outerwear. In addition to his investment activities, Lawrence is an Adjunct Professor at NYU where he teaches a popular course on entrepreneurship called “Ready, FIRE! Sim Blaustein, High Line Venture Partners. Sim Blaustein is a partner at High Line Venture Partners, a NYC-based early stage venture fund focused on emerging forms of commerce online. Prior to High Line, he worked for several years in IAC’s M&A group focused on digital media, and as a VC in Silicon Valley at Gabriel Venture Partners. Prior to joining the ‘dark side’ he cut his teeth as a product manager at two technology startups, working in product management and marketing.
