I haven't contacted any buyers from Barneys and Neiman Marcus. I only sent my portfolio to CoutureLab. I'm still booking appointments at our local high end department stores.

Hi! I'm Eliza and I am a new jewelry designer. I design one-of-a-kind and limited edition handmade statement jewelry. I also customize jewelry according to my client's specifications. I use a lot of glass, semi-precious gemstones, and crystals in my creations. I love giving my clients the opportunity to have a grand entrance and become the epicenter of attention.I started my design company back in 2006 after resigning from my 9-5 government job. I worked at the Department of Trade and Industry as a staff of the Undersecretary. Her office focuses on the creative industry of the Philippines. The meetings I attended, my boss, and my colleagues were all inspiring which me to pursue fashion entrepreneurship. After I resigned, I studied comprehensive fashion accessories making at the Negoskwela.My earliest designs were just simple but the color palette were ambitious. I put up my online portfolio at Multiply.com and my designs were well received till I started studying Special Education in June 2006. I stopped my full time designing on the second semester of November 2006.
I resumed full time designing in July 2008. This time, I already started creating flamboyant designs. I realized that I'm at my happiest when I am creating statement Jewelry.

I am currently conceptualizing a social enterprise under the brandname Jewel Box Ballerina. Here, I'm going to create a livelihood program wherein I train indigent women and out of school youths (in our community ) in jewelry making and create a cooperative who would be commissioned to produce my designs in wholesale (but still in limited) quantities. This social enterprise will also support the Sto. Nino Parish's scholarship program.
