About Me ...: I recently moved from NY to LA. I am actively seeking employment within the Fashion industry in either entry level sales or merchandising. During my time outside of walking down my career path, I enjoy reading and love writing. Smiling makes my world go round.

Fashion Industry Experience: I worked for Cole Haan retail for 3.5 years as a Sales Associate and Assistant Manager. I also worked in the corporate office as a Sales Assistant for the Women's Accessories team.

What is hot in fashion this year?: For Summer '10 there were lots of vibrant bold colors and prints. Hot pants and Boyfriend blazers. For fall '10 there's still some bold colors just not as bright. Designers are updating the military trend and army green is making a casual, classy and playful name for itself in accessories as well as apparel. Color blocking is a nice way to make a simple statement. I'm looking forward to the golden yellow and tropical green coming up at the beginning of next year.
