• For security reasons, it is advisable to use the protective helmet and the reflective vestin conditions of low visibility, although children under seven must always wear approved protective helmets.
• Bicycles are allowed on the sidewalks for children under twelve years of age accompanied by an adult and provided with an approved helmet.
