This last week I showcased clothes and a Saarinen chair so I would have to say that my overall message is how you can have a sustainable lifeSTYLE too. I’ve not only put the very best designer clothes on my back but have furnished our house with all kinds of mid century furniture. All my clothes & furniture is recycled and yes it’s a lifeSTYLE. Here is what I scored this week: Rachel Zoe cape, Ruth Norman for Neiman Marcus long caftan, Rag & Bone vest,Infinitif made in France skirt, 2 piece Carmen Marc Valvo, Akris velvet jacket, Dries Van Noten silk skirt and finally I wrote about the Saarinen chair I found back in 1993. If you just take your time and hunt for what you want I promise you’ll find it. Everyday I see furniture, housewares, accessories, bedding, yard equipment and of course clothes inside thrift stores and they just need a new home because of varies reasons they ended up being donated. I’m always blown away by what I see and what I find so yes it’s a lifeSTYLE…. Keep keeping it ‘green’…..
