Who is most important to a new Fashion Design company...the PR person or the Sales Rep?It's similar to which came first the chicken or the egg.You need the PR person to get your business noticed by the masses.You also need the Sales Rep to sell your Line to boutiques and at trade shows.Which do you invest in first?!
