One of these centers is located in Istra, on st. Lenin, 75v. - This is the ROO "Union of Road Traffic Safety", whose employees help drivers to correctly draw up documents right on the spot, without waiting for the arrival of traffic police inspectors.
The center's specialists provide correct instructions for the preparation of documents related to an accident, and the traffic police inspector, in cases prescribed by law, draws up a protocol and issues the necessary certificates and documents.
In our urban district last year, assistance was provided in 3357 cases of road accidents, of which:
1627 road accidents were registered by traffic police on the spot.

We remind motorists of the correct sequence of actions in the event of an accident:
stop immediately,
turn on the alarm,

after all the measures are taken, call the 112 services, the call center for assistance in the Moscow region, or the phone of the employee on duty at the Help Center.
Registration of an accident without injuries is possible in two ways: independently, or with the participation of traffic police inspectors.
However, in all cases, drivers are obliged to vacate the carriageway if the movement of other vehicles is obstructed. In this case, it is necessary to fix using photographing or video recording the position of vehicles about each other and objects of road infrastructure, traces, and objects related to the incident.
Drivers involved in an accident are not obliged to report the incident to the police and can leave the scene of a road traffic accident and issue it according to the European protocol.
If the documents on the accident cannot be drawn up without the participation of police officers, the driver is obliged to write down the names and addresses of eyewitnesses, the license plate of the cars that turned out to be nearby, report the incident to the 112 services and wait for further instructions from the police officer about the place of registration of the accident.
