My Creativity

Is a glass filled half way to the rim half empty of half full? This is a psychological question that questions the way a person may perceive something. I have always had a different view on things and lived outside of my stereotype. I often think about how and why things are created. For instance, what natural resources make plastic; or how can a person watch an entire movie through virtual glasses like the G00 80 inch cinema glasses. A person who is not creative would not think about the "how and what's" of a creation. A person would just accept it and adjust it to their lifestyle like mp3's and touchscreen cell phones. My mom and dad said I am creative because I am left handed. My dad is also left handed and he is a chef and he used to draw. I guess that is how they got that theory. While I may agree with them, it is not entirely the reason. I always loved to draw life portraits when i was younger. Things I thought about and the different scenarios that happened in my life naturally inspired me to release my feelings on paper. Soon I started expressing my emotions through the clothes the characters wore. If I were depressed, my characters wore layers of clothing with her mouth covered because I felt like I wasn't being heard or noticed. If I was enjoying life, my character wore something sexy and sleek because when I'm happy and confident I show off areas that make me look attractive. That is where my interest in fashion came from.So is a glass half empty or half full? I say both. Why? I am half full because I use all my emotions to build all the things I am today. I am half empty because I still have a lot to learn in life.
