There are just so many damn cool things about this Mila Schon 70′s dress I really don’t know where to begin.  First lets start by the color… will you just check out the shade of pink… It’s the perfect shade of pink!  Then lets go by what the size of this dress is ‘Large’…  you know it’s vintage when you see sizing like that.  It’s a 4-6 but nowhere near a size large.  Then I love the lace up on both sides of the dress and finally what I adore about this dress are the 2 high slits up both sides of the dress.  Its sexy sexy sexy but then again it’s Italian…  This brand got started in Milan in 1958 when Mila Schon decided it was time for her to express her personal point of view: the vision of an uncut, silently opulent luxury with no frills.  It was in that time period that film stars like Audrey Hepburn & Elizabeth Taylor forth fell in love with Italian designs while filming there during the 50′s & 60′s. When Truman Capote held his legendary Black and White Ball held at the Plaza Hotel in NYC, Marella Agnelli (Google the name) was voted best dressed guest, in a sheer embroidered Schon kaftan.  Lee Radziwill, Jackie Kennedy Onassis, Iran’s Farah Diba & Imelda Marcos were amongst Schon’s clients…  She collected modern art from Victor Vasarely, Kenneth Noland, Alexander Calder & Lucio Fontana which reflected in her designs when it came to color and patterns…  This is a fabulous label and one that I was thrilled to have gotten…  Remember folks dressing in recycled clothing today is the way for a better tomorrow!!!
