London Collections Men (LCM) S/S 2014 kicked off June 15-18th! Yesterday June 18th, Fashion East celebrated their 10th ever Menswear Installations, as they showcased a new line-up of emerging designer presentations and hosted Meadham Kirchhoff’s menswear presentation for the third season. With a jam packed 3 day schedule, established and new designers took the runway to show off their creations for the men!
To jump start the series of events was none other than the Italian design duo Dolce & Gabbana presenting their summer 2014 tailoring collection at the infamous Claridge's Hotel! Reviewed as the hottest and most anticipated event at LCM this year was also Dolce & Gabanna's menswear fourth London Boutique opening! 46 male models walked the streets to show off Dolce & Gabanna's summer 2014 tailoring collection, walking from Claridge's Hotel all the way to the new store located at 53-55 New Bond St.
The store will in every way be a traditional tailoring boutique! Tailors will be hands on and present to measure suits and blazers, as men go in to get their desired apparel. This will be a great place for men to go to get pampered!
It wasn't the typical catwalk show that we are so used to seeing at the fashion weeks, which maybe that is why this one was so special! The male models strutted the streets looking like a bus of business men in the designers detailed suits! Sicilian tailoring which gave each one a different masculine look! Yes we saw the traditional suits that are seen daily, but we also some very unique tailoring, detailing and cuts, that are not seen on an every day basis! To top off the look the male models all wore large frame reading glasses.

Mixing it up and making this event different was a great way to show off the designers hard work and dedication!
