Disco pants are back. The fashion of Studio 54 is slowly making its way back into the 21st century. I just want to say that I am in love with the high waisted shiny metallic pant.American Apparel and Forever 21 have similar designs but extremely different price tags. Which would you choose? Would you rather SAVE or SPLURGE?
