Whatever you choose to call them, they're back. Albeit much more chic than those awful nylon things of many moons ago. This post was inspired by a recent request by The Columbus Dispatch to get my thoughts on 'fanny packs.' Would I wear one? Did I own one? Are they acceptable in today's fashion? Yes, No not yet and yes!
A few of the ones I would wear:
.....(please, please, I implore you, stay far, far away from ANYTHING resembling a pack from the 80's ;-)

Hi everyone!

Can fanny packs ever be fashionable again?

80's fashion have taken over this seasons trends and it doesn't seem to be stopping any time soon. We have seen almost every concievable version of 80's clothing, accessories, music and hairstyles BUT can there be room for the fannypack (or BumBag if your are from the UK!).I think it's time to start a fannypack revolution!!BRING THEM BACK, ALL IS FORGIVEN!

A simple thing like changing a dress form can save a lot of money. We changed our form to the Alvanon form recently. They’d been working with old Wolf forms. The problem with old Wolf forms is they are just not made like a human, and when you start to use those forms as a base, your garments are bigger and too boxy to reflect how people are. Turn around time for most jobs is faster if done all at one time and pricewise, it will cost less money to manufacture a garment in a design studio house by paying a flat rate for the whole process versus paying regular prize for each individual job you make at different locations not me
