Fashion and your Child, do they mix?

This article looks at the first stages of your baby’s development, the perfect time for baby modelling if they’re a smiley little cherub! So what can you expect to see from your baby in terms of changes in the first year and a half? Well, from three months of age you may notice your baby using their tongue and mouth to explore toys, and by about four months he/she will hold and look carefully at objects.

At around nine months, your baby will start to pick up objects with their thumb and finger. P

The Model Birthday Party

Which of your birthday parties do you remember the most?

If you are reading this then you are likely of an age where you either have a child, or are thinking about having one. If you have one, then you’ll be aware of the stresses and pleasures that come with organising and having a birthday party involving perhaps dozens of little people, not dissimilar to a child modelling audition. Keeping track on them throughout the event can be tiring and it’s good to have a friend or another parent or two t

Fit is Crucial in Male Modelling

The biggest improvement you can make in your style is to make sure everything fits impeccably. Most guys wear clothes that are too big. In male modelling often it is the other way around. Naomi Campbell was discovered at 16 years of age, whist Kate Moss started modelling at 14. Modelling is equal parts excitement and exhaustion mixed with determination and spiced with glamour. Don’t be fooled by the lacquered looks, and the air kisses. It is one tough gig. Try strutting to castings down cobbled streets to French wolf whistles whilst trying to balance a book, cards a street directory, flat shoes….and then appear carefree and composed. Modelling at a high level requires determination and many sacrifices. In many regards it is a game, and you have to learn how to play, to
