Haute Couture only comes twice a year and is only shown in Paris. It is a rare bird indeed and thus is taken very seriously by those in the metier. It is akin to Formula 1 Racing or the Paris Le Salon de l'Auto where prototypes are shown and dreamt upon by the multitude of onlookers.
This year Fall-Winter 2012/2013 Haute Couture Collections were most definitely eye candy for this viewers eyes. F
Smoky eyes paired with soft, neutral toned lips is a stunning and classic combination that perfectly offsets fall's deep colored apparel and accessories. And with fall's new warm and cool color combos it makes this look easy to p
*Chanel Iman rocking the "model off duty strolling around the city in black with a samurai style top knot" look.
Models, bloggers, and lazy girls all embrace the allure of the top knot, also known as the messy bun or the bundle. As a self professed devotee of the lazy girl chic school of style, the top knot is my go to hair style between blow outs, during rainy weather, during the summer, when I wake up late, when I wake up early but get dressed late, basically 75% of the time. Sixty-four percent of American women are over a healthy BMI range, more than one-third are categorized as obese…you’ve heard it all before, and thanks to The New York Times, you’re hearing it again. Sure, Saks Fifth Avenue is saving spots for sizes 14 and up come fall, but is the high-end fashion world really ready to accommodate plus-sized beauties? Considering that plus-sized clothes only account for 18% of total revenue, and more than half of women in the St
Well, let it not be said that red is dead. Chanel showed red lips at Couture. Vanessa Paradis is rocking as an ambassador for Rouge Coco and plump lips of pillar box red will never date. So I decided to create a little moody-board to celebrate a little red lipped Parisian chic. Indeedy Givenchy are doing a splash of red in a serious, hot, hot way, please promise me one thing - you'll check out the collection? www.givenchy.com. Rouge up lovely ladies & don't forget to kiss often.
