This 2 piece ensemble, top by Sharagano made in France top and black long formal skirt by Laundry by Shelli Segal, really does look red carpet worthy. I have to be honest with you I know very little about Sharagano other than they are very reasonably prices pieces and made in France but this piece if you didn’t know better could have been designed by Thierry Mugler.
