For a wedding reception in Mumbai, Katrina Kaif chose to forgo the traditional lehenga and instead chose an embroidered kaftan dress.

Scroll below to see how you can add this look to your wedding wardrobe After being spotted in a pretty pink Anita Dongre lehenga at beauty mogul Falguni Nayar’s daughter, Adwaita Nayar’s wedding in Udaipur, Katrina Kaif chose to skip on traditional silhouettes for the next wedding celebration on her calendar this month. Though the actor has been favouring lehengas of late (most recently, we've seen her in a red Sabyasachi and a gold Manish Malhotra too), she went with a breezy kaftan on December 2, 2019, while attending Neha Gulati and Vicky Wadhwani’s wedding reception in Mumbai. Her pick this time: an ivory kaftan that featured intricate embroidery along the bodice, by Anamika Khanna.

With the flowy silhouette of her look, Katrina Kaif kept her jewellery to a minimum. She opted for traditional silver earrings that perfectly complemented the laid back, slightly bohemian vibe of her kaftan, which came with gold sequin work and red floral motifs on it. To complete the festive look, Kaif went with her all-time favourite beauty look: kohl-rimmed eyes, layers of volumising mascara, dewy skin, and glossy pink lips, complemented with straight hair.
