Remaining 13% will cover the cost of refining.Will my store credit expire?Yes, your store credit is good for 1 year.What if I don't approve the store credit offer?It is entirely up to you whether you want to accept the offer or not. In case the offer is not accepted by you, the merchandise will be returned back to you.What is the best type of jewelry to send?All gold items excluding gold filled and gold plated. We cannot guarantee that your gem will not be broken while it is being removed, so if the gem is of value to you it is recommended to have the stone removed before sending the gold settings to Green ORO.
