H&M, with 200 stores in over 30 states has snatched up prime locations from coast to coast since entering the U.S. in 2000 and recently celebrated another grand opening within the ever popular Chevy Chase Pavilion in Washington, DC. Their contemporary brand of inexpensive apparel has attracted shoppers of all ages with more than 2,500 stores in 44 markets worldwide. Over the weekend I had the opportunity to visit the new store and to no surprise I was very impressed. Nestled on the ground floor of Wisconsin Avenue, the bright and luminous 22,000 square foot, two story construction certainly measures up to the unique shopping experience you find in this trendy area.
In true H&M style, they offer their collections for men and women alike, along with their signature children's collection. The grand opening was a little over two weeks ago and the store was still fully stocked with trendy shoes and accessories and an entire floor of very impressively sharp menswear that included suiting and outerwear. H&M is well known for their fashion forward apparel and quality basics and has always been the go-to place for any fashionably chic bargain shopper and this newest addition has certainly followed suit.
