Of all the coats I currently own, this one has gotten more use this winter due to its cocoon-like nature. With only one layer underneath [yes, I’m still cold for the sake of fashion] but I’m much warmer than I would be in some of my other options. Besides my dreams of Spring, what’s catching my eye in real time is the concept of dressed-up denim and the addition of a hat in particular. Fashion Week has opened my eyes to the wear of these accessories indoors in replacement of beanies, successfully accomplishing what many think “sunglasses indoors” achieves – – aka this works, that doesn’t unless you’re Anna Wintour.
