The most important part of any running gear is definitely a pair of good running shoes. This is the most basic and necessary running equipment. Your running shoes shouldn’t be old and worn out. If you start running seriously, especially those long runs, you could consider buying some high quality material running clothes. Clothes that contain polyester and polypropylene will prevent excessive sweating and unpleasant smell while you are running and polypropylene is a material that you should choose when you decide to run in the cold weather because it will keep you warm while preventing sweating. Running clothes and the weather

You should consider what running clothes to wear in different temperatures and weather conditions. Always bear in mind that while running your body temperature will increase, so if it is very hot outside you should probably wear just shorts and a tank top. These hot weather clothes should be made of synthetic materials like polyester to prevent sweating. You should avoid cotton clothes for exercising.
