Furthermore, CCB is not a percent boost

This means that you'll have 20 percent more damage rather a 5percent increase, but I'm excluding the damage that eagle eye already does. First of all the rigour system provides a 5% increase in OSRS gold accuracy and also damage as compared to eagle-eye.

Furthermore, CCB is not a percent boost, but a static boost of +30 range attack on top of the Rune Crossbow. The difference between +120 and +90 is huge and a difference of 33%. But I'm using range-boosting armour to gain a range of attack of +141 when using Rune crossbow, so CCB is +171. So, CCB will be only 21 percent more accurate than rune without adjusting for the accuracy boost provided by Void (it probably doesn't have any effect since it stacks multi-ply)

So, ignoring the difference between eagle eyes, it's an option of +5% damage AND accuracy, in contrast to +21 percent accuracy. If you subtract the +5% accuracy gained from rigour by dividing by 1.05, the choice comes down to a +5 percent damage or +15.5 percent accuracy. hmm.

Be aware that a chaotic recharge using a mixture of tokens and gp costs 20k tokens. I'm unsure of your current rates but keep in mind that you will achieve floors that grant 20k tokens per. As these floors typically be completed in 23-28 minutes and I doubt that you'll have the ability to achieve 2 mil in this time when frost is present, it's beneficial to just utilize tokens for repairs.

While you're not currently able to acquire that many tokens so quickly, remember that there are a limited number of uses for tokens, and they don't change of their worth (meaning that the tokens you're collecting now are identical to the ones you'll get when you have 120 Dung). A great analogy to use is the idea of saving your effigies until you are able to create them on your own; either way the end reward will be the same (Dragonkin Lamp) The only difference is what you're willing to cheap RuneScape gold give up when you get there (in this case xp in various skill areas).
